For more than three decades, I’ve been building businesses, backing people, and championing the region I call home. I roll up my sleeves, bring people together, and get things done — always with people, place, and nature at the front of my mind.

I’ve worked in tourism, regional development, local government, farming, and transport. I’ve been a sports coach and a business mentor. And, most importantly, a husband, father, and proud poppa bear to my four grandchildren.

I’m a forward-thinker who wears my heart on my sleeve. I’m fiercely passionate about the Eyre Peninsula, and I believe equality and equity go hand in hand. These aren’t just values, they’re the through-line of my career: backing this region and our people, respecting First Nations Culture and caring for Country.

For me, success means stronger towns, meaningful jobs, happy communities, Cultural respect, and the preservation and protection of our natural landscapes.

We’ve been a safe seat for too long, and the major parties have ignored us.

I’m putting my hand up to change that. To be a strong, independent local voice that listens and fights for fair investment and practical outcomes. I’ll work with all sides of politics to turn local priorities into funded projects. I’ll work with communities, councils, state and federal governments to get things moving.

I’m about honest leadership, straight talk, and decisions made with us, not for us, so our region has the services, jobs, and support it needs for the future.
